In the next part of the garage, you will be attacked by a large group of bandits. Enemies will attack you in waves, so don't forget to reload frequently.
After you kill the last enemy, return to the entrance and start exploring the rooms thoroughly. You will find Small Mechanisms on the cabinet on the left and several empty bottles among the rubble. Examine all the corpses as well. This way you will replenish your ammunition.
Go straight ahead and you will find yourself in a room with an engine block. Remove the generator from it. Take a look around and take the electrical kit lying nearby.
After selecting the items, the door on the other side of the cylinder block will open.
Go downstairs and then kill the group of bandits stationed in this room. Be very careful because your enemies have grenades.
Go further to the left. You should see the Little Mechanisms lying on top of the cabinet.
Take them, create a Lock Grinder and use it on the lock on the left.
In the small room you will find steel blades, rags and grenades. Take everything and keep moving to the left.
After leaving one of the rooms, you will meet the Wasted group again. Once they're all dead, go back a bit and pick up the antiseptic formula lying to the left of the entrance. Explore the next room as well and examine all the corpses.
Move forward until you reach a short corridor. There are rags on the damaged mattress, and next to it is a shelf with gas and a hardware package.
